* Skurka Engineering of Camarillo won a $189,280 contract from the Army in Rock Island, Ill., for aircraft components and accessories.
* Rockwell International Corp. of Thousand Oaks won a $149,948 contract from the Air Force in Arlington, Va., for research and development.
* Datron/Transco Inc. of Simi Valley won a $107,569 contract from the Air Force at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., for electrical and electronic equipment components.
