The Tustin Unified School District voted in favor of increasing school facility fees for residential, commercial and industrial development. The rates will increase from $1.93 to $2.05 per square foot for residential development and from 31 cents to 33 cents per square foot for commercial and industrial development projects. Any resident or developer constructing a new building or making additions to a house are affected by this change.
