The Costa Mesa engineering and consulting services company reported fourth-quarter net income of $557,000, or 10 cents a share, up 44% from $386,000, or 10 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 1998. Revenue increased 37% to $11.4 million, which included $2.7 million from an acquisition in July. For the year, the company earned $2.2 million, or 50 cents a share, an increase of 57% from $1.4 million, or 39 cents a share, for 1998. Revenue gained 36% to $39.6 million.
