The Cypress College photography department is presenting the “Recent Works of Edward Heckerman,” at the College Photography and Library Galleries this week through Feb. 28.

The solo art exhibit is Heckerman’s first since returning from a 12-year stay in Europe. He currently teaches photography classes at UCLA and at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.

Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cypress College is at 9200 Valley View St. Information: (714) 484-4000.
