Bikers Dream Inc. of Mira Loma, a maker of cruiser motorcycles, has agreed to sell its retail and licensing business to V-Twin Holding Inc. for about $3.5 million. V-Twin, a motorcycle retailer based in Washington, will take over operations of five Bikers Dream stores as well as the licensing of the Bikers Dream brand. Bikers Dream is preparing to change its corporate name to Ultra Motorcycle Co. sometime this year.
