Terry Lumber Acquired by Carolina Holdings

Carolina Holdings Inc. announced it had completed its acquisition of Tarzana-based Terry Industries, which operates 14 Terry Lumber stores. The price was not disclosed.
Headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., Carolina Holdings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wolseley, based in Droitwich, England.
Terry reported 1999 sales of $250 million.
