Passings

In your year-end issue paying tribute to those who have passed (Dec. 26), the name of the great, protean character actor Brion James was omitted. (He died Aug. 7.)

Having appeared in “The Player,” “The Fifth Element,” “Blade Runner” and more than a hundred other films, James was a familiar and beloved face to moviegoers and a well-respected professional here in town.
