Coco Miller scored 18 points as fifth-ranked Georgia (6-2) beat Georgia Tech, 78-61, Friday night at Marietta, Ga., the Lady Bulldogs’ 23rd victory without a loss in the series. The Yellow Jackets fell to 3-3.
No. 9 Rutgers 60, Northeastern 49--At Boston, Tammy Sutton-Brown’s 15 points helped Rutgers (5-1) come back from an eight-point, first-half deficit in a victory over Northeastern (2-3).
No. 11 Auburn 79, Mercer 35--Tasha Hamilton scored 20 points and Carol Smith grabbed 11 rebounds to give the Tigers (8-0) a win over Mercer (1-6) at Auburn, Ala.
