McCain Gets Bulk of Matching Funds

The seven presidential candidates will receive $5.9 million in the latest round of government matching funds--more than half going to Sen. John McCain, the Federal Election Commission announced in Washington. McCain, who suspended his campaign after the primaries March 7, will receive $3.7 million from the government. That brought his total to $10.6 million.
