Orange County seniors are invited to a free workshop on nutrition, health and fitness Thursday in Leisure World.
The half-day event will feature a panel of senior health experts, including John Boyer, past president of the American College of Sports Medicine; Neal Hirschenbein, an “anti-aging” physician; and Nick and Lee Holslag, exercise and nutrition experts. The seminar is co-sponsored by Leisure World, Blue Cross Senior Health Plans, Monarch HealthCare, South County Senior Services and Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center.
The event is from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Clubhouse 3 in Leisure World, off Moulton Parkway.
