The City Council will meet today to consider establishing no-parking regulations on Sarmentoso for the creation of bike lanes along the street. The project cost, $15,000, would pay for striping, marking and sign markers. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio. Information: (949) 361-8200.
