Long Beach Wilson 12, Foothill 8--Goalie Adam Katz had 10 saves for Foothill (17-10). Brian Alexander, Mike Schulz, Blake Seymour and Brett Reynolds each scored twice for the Knights. Tony Azevedo and James Shin each had four goals for top-seeded Wilson.

Newport Harbor 8, Los Angeles Loyola 6--Loyola scored its first goal a minute into the game, but Ryan Cook scored two minutes later for the Sailors. In the second period, Robert Weiner gave Newport Harbor the lead for good. Cook led second-seeded Newport Harbor (26-2) with four goals and goalie Tim Birdsong had six saves.

North Hollywood Harvard Westlake 12, San Clemente 8--Brian Ault scored three goals and Harvard Westlake broke open a close game with five goals in the third quarter.
