Anaheim Public Utilities will hold a meeting for residential customers to explain a proposed direct access program from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the Downtown Community Center, 250 E. Center St. Direct access will allow customers to choose their electric power provider if approved by the City Council. Information: (714) 765-5159.
