* Special-T Fasteners, Chatsworth, won a $259,000 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for hardware and abrasives.
* Briarwood Fasteners Inc., Chatsworth, won a $146,400 contract from the Navy in Philadelphia for hardware and abrasives.
