The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas this weekend was set to open a pool with swim-up blackjack tables. It also is adding more rooms, a nightclub and four restaurants, including Nobu, from Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, owner of Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. . . . The start-up National Airlines, which begins four-times-a-day LAX-Las Vegas flights Thursday, has opened satellite ticket counters, with baggage check-in, at the Rio All-Suite Casino Resort and Harrah’s Las Vegas Casino Hotel.
