* Hydraulics International Inc., Chatsworth, won an initial contract from the U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of $8.3 million for 85 units of its Linkless Ammunition Loading System and support equipment.
* Master Research & Manufacturing Inc., San Fernando, won a $207,938 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for dampers.
