* Newhall Land & Farming Co. appointed Trude A. Tsujimoto as secretary and general counsel.
She replaces the retired Thomas H. Almas as secretary and fills the newly created position of general counsel.
Tsujimoto joins Newhall Land from CB Richard Ellis Inc. of Los Angeles, where she was vice president, senior counsel and secretary.
The Valencia-based company is a developer of new towns and master-planned communities.
* PIP Printing, Agoura Hills, has named Catherine Monson president, replacing Peter Gaughn, who left to become the chief executive officer of Business Cards Tomorrow of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Most recently, Monson was vice president of Franchise Services Inc. of Mission Viejo, which owns PIP Printing Inc., where she managed MultiCopy, a Franchise Services Inc. subsidiary.
PIP Printing, with nearly 500 locations in the United States and the United Kingdom, was founded more than 30 years ago. It has been a pioneer in the instant printing industry.
* Rexhall Industries Inc., a Lancaster-based manufacturer of Class A motor homes, has hired Thomas M. Zirnite as chief financial officer.
Zirnite comes to Rexhall with 29 years’ experience in a variety of manufacturing companies, both public and privately held, the company said.
