The City Council tonight will consider the Planning Commission’s recommendation to find funding and begin the design process for a skate park at Independence Park on West Valencia Drive. The council will also review a proposal to expand the green-waste pilot program citywide. The meeting begins at 4 p.m. in council chambers, 303 W. Commonwealth Ave. Information: (714) 738-6311.
