The City Council will meet tonight to consider relocating a planned skateboard park from Steed Park to Forster Ranch Community Park. Forster Ranch was not initially considered, but now that the $3.3-million, 22-acre park is scheduled to be opened by spring 2001, parks and recreation commissioners decided to present it as an alternate location. The council meets at 6 p.m. in chambers, 100 Avenida Presidio. Information: (949) 361-8200.
