The Parks and Recreation Department is offering a class that will let children 18 months to 5 years old flex their imagination. Materials to be used include paint, cornmeal, dough and bubbles. Parent participation is required. The weekly class, from 10 to 10:45 a.m., starts Monday and runs through April 26; it will be held at City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150.
