Mesa Verde Community Inc. will hold its first open communication forum tonight from 7 to 9 at the Neighborhood Community Center, 1845 Park Ave. Featured speakers will be Police Capt. Tom Warnack, who will discuss gang problems and what is being done to solve them, and Dick Mehren of the Fairview Park Committee, who will talk about plans for the park and the West Side bridge issue.
