Planning commissioners unanimously approved at Wednesday’s meeting the addition of a 31-foot roller coaster at Adventure City, Stanton’s only family-owned amusement park in the 10000 block of Beach Boulevard. The park plans to open the new Tree Top Racer at the end of May, park president Allan Ansdell said.
