Police have charged and issued an arrest warrant for Tony Subia, 34, a parolee, who allegedly raped and beat an 80-year-old woman after breaking into her Santa Ana home about 1 a.m. Wednesday. A computer, television and VCR were stolen, and Subia allegedly tied the elderly woman and beat her before raping her, police said. A second person is suspected of being with Subia, police said. The woman was treated at a local hospital and released to a relative’s care. Anyone with information about Subia is asked to call police: (714) 245-8386.
