The City Council this week chose incumbents Joe Hernandez, Tim Hughes and Sue Miller to continue serving on the Planning Commission. Loretta Herrin and James Rosenberg and incumbents Danny Mayer and Steve Manning were selected to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission. The council will break a tie vote between Juan Ampuero and Bernard Echanow for the fifth Parks and Recreation seat at its March 16 meeting. Information: (949) 461-3400.
