The Covina Concert Band will perform marches, show tunes and pop tunes Thursday at the city’s Summer Concert Series. Spectators are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, towels or something to sit on during the free concert in the Civic Center’s Sunken Gardens, 8200 Westminster Blvd. Food will be sold by local nonprofit groups.
