LAKE FOREST

Planning Commissioner David Carter and Parks and Recreation Commissioner Bernard Echanow have been named to the El Toro Road Redevelopment Project Area Specific Plan Committee, which will advise the City Council on the creation of a final plan for redeveloping El Toro Road’s retail centers. The rest of the board will be made up of residents and business owners from the project area who applied for seats on the advisory committee. The City Council will interview those applicants at its 6 p.m. meeting Tuesday.
