The cities of Laguna Hills and Laguna Niguel are co-sponsoring a sailing class and beach barbecue for teens with special needs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Dana Point Harbor. The event is part of the Circle of Friends program, which also features monthly dances, summer excursions and arts and crafts classes for disabled teens. Youths aged 13 to 22 who have a disability can participate. The cost is $5. Information: (949) 707-2699.
