* The Spanish government plans to give Spanish companies tax breaks and subsidies if an as-yet-undetermined percentage of their Web sites are written in Spanish, the newspaper ABC reported. It did not say when the plan would be implemented. Spanish is spoken by an estimated 350 million people around the world. English is spoken by about 500 million people and is by far the most common Web site language.
