Several street improvement projects are coming to an end, which means traffic should be moving more smoothly, city officials said. The Warner Avenue offramp from the Costa Mesa Freeway, which closed May 10, reopens today. Occasional closures for the widening of Jamboree Road from Barranca Parkway to Warner Avenue are scheduled to end Friday. And sporadic lane closures for the widening of Culver Drive off the Santa Ana Freeway to Portola Parkway will end Tuesday.
