Stolen Cars

Your article indicates that about 70% of the cars in Albania are stolen, mostly from Germany and Italy (May 29). Is it any wonder that the Serbs do not want to live with the Albanians in Kosovo? Would it surprise readers that the NATO countries want the Albanians to leave Western Europe and return to Yugoslavia? Maybe it has something to do with insurance rates.
