Four Media Co., Burbank, announced the acquisition of TVI Limited from Carlton Communications Plc for $10.1 million in cash.
London-based TVI provides technical finishing and distribution services for film and television, and authors DVD and CD-ROM products.
Four Media Co. provides technical and creative services to the entertainment industry.
