E-ppraisal Inc., Westlake Village, announced the closing of a $570,000 private placement of Series A Preferred Stock. The placement was led by SSK Technology Inc. Other institutional investors included TDF Management Pte. Ltd. and ECICS Management Pte. Ltd.
