VitalCom Inc.: The Tustin provider of medical telemetry products said it lost $1.3 million, or 16 cents a share, for the second quarter, compared with a net loss of $350,812, or 4 cents a share, for the second quarter of the previous year. Revenue declined 33% to $3.6 million from $5.4 million.
