* Litton Systems of Agoura Hills won a $996,516 contract from the Navy in Arlington, Va., for advanced research and development.
* Talley Corp. of Oxnard won a $322,647 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components.
* Tri-County Truck Co. in Oxnard was awarded a contract for $5,201 from Ventura County to restore the Arroyo Santa Rosa stream bed upstream from East Las Posas Road in Camarillo. The project calls for filling in the eroded stream bed and restoring it to the condition it was in before the El Nino storm season damaged it in 1998.
The project was scheduled for completion last month.
