Massacre in Kosovo

Re “At Least 45 Villagers in Kosovo Are Massacred,” Jan. 17:
For most of my 53 years, I have not been able to tolerate the sound of raised voices or the sometime cruelty of raised hands against myself or others.
However, after reading of yet another massacre of ethnic Albanians in Kosovo, I believe it would be criminal for NATO not to take action. This sweet Earth cannot bear the spiritual--and yes, political--consequences of allowing another ethnic cleansing to exist, let alone continue. It is a time for raised voices and raised hands.
