Blues and hip-hop musician Darvy Taylor will play at the Canyon Lodge American Grill at the Aliso Creek Inn on Fridays and Saturdays for three months. Taylor, whose song “Riding Low” reached the Top 10 in Billboard magazine’s national album chart, earned a platinum record in New Zealand for his full-length release “Bridging the Gap,” according to Canyon Lodge manager Ed Slymen. Taylor’s Friday and Saturday shows start at 7:30 p.m. The restaurant is at 31106 Coast Highway. Information: (949) 499-3663.
