The city is seeking nominees for the 1999 honoree on the Community Center’s Wall of Recognition, which pays tribute to those whose contributions have made the city a better place. Past recipients include Max Berg, Anthony “Tony” DiGiovanni, Leo Fessenden, William A. “Mac” McGilligan, Richard Thomas Steed, Arlie Waterman and Jan Sener.
Guidelines and qualifications may be obtained by calling (949) 361-8266. Written nominations must be received by the Beaches, Parks and Recreation Department, 100 N. Calle Seville, San Clemente, CA 92672, no later than 5 p.m. Feb. 26.
