A motorcyclist was killed in a crash at the intersection of Reseda Boulevard and Collins Street early Saturday, police said.
Robert Cusano, 37, of Tarzana, was killed when he collided with a car at 12:50 a.m., said Officer Norman Nagengast of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division.
Cusano was traveling northbound on Reseda when he collided with an Oldsmobile Cutlass being driven westbound by Christopher Bateman, 19, of Tarzana, on Collins Street, said Nagengast.
Bateman, who was not injured, was attempting to turn left onto Reseda when Cusano struck him, he said.
Cusano was transported to Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, where he died of his injuries, Nagengast said.
