Coach Bob Toledo and UCLA signed their new-contract agreement, the school said.
As expected, it is a seven-year deal with a rollover clause at an annual base salary of $578,000.
Toledo can earn more through incentives, such as bowl appearances.
They had reached an oral agreement on the deal before the Rose Bowl game, and Friday’s signing makes it official.
Bruin quarterback Cade McNown won the Pop Warner Award, presented to the outstanding senior on the West Coast.
