Flamemaster, PerfectData Sell El Guapo Foods Equity

Flamemaster Corp., Sun Valley, and PerfectData Corp., Simi Valley, said they have sold their joint 8% equity in El Guapo Foods to McCormick Co. for an undisclosed amount of cash.
Flamemaster, a chemical specialty company, owns 18% of PerfectData, which designs computer and office accessories. PerfectData said it is holding discussions with several parties on a potential merger to build shareholder value.
