To help prevent child abductions, city officials will introduce a new child safety program at 9 a.m. today at City Hall, 2000 Main St. The program offers parents free identification kits, which will be distributed through schools and parents’ associations.
More details about the program and the kits will be provided at the conference to be held in Police Department Training Room A.
