The City Council will vote Tuesday to elect a new mayor to replace outgoing Mayor John Greiner, whose one-year term will expire next week.
As mayor, Greiner worked with other council members on such issues as establishing a building moratorium that allows the city to review land use without the pressure of development, and installing red-light surveillance cameras at busy intersections to catch violators.
Councilwoman Collene Campbell is expected to be elected mayor.
