* Agoura Hills-based feature film digital audio producer DTS Inc. has named Melvin Flanigan vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He comes from Santa Clara-based SensArray Corp., where he was CFO and vice president of operations.

* YellowOnline.com, a Los Angeles-based Internet Yellow Pages company, has named Timothy Moloney, a former president of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2139, its chief operating officer. The company also named Nurit Grunfeld executive vice president of strategic development.
