Volunteers are needed for Summerfest 1999, which the Community Services Department will host from noon to 6 p.m. on Sept. 18 at Stanton Park. The free event will feature games, contests, crafts, pony rides and displays from local businesses, organizations and agencies that service the city. Entertainment and food will also be provided.
