Towing Firm Consolidates Operations in Canoga Park

Howard Sommers Towing, Canoga Park, announced it has sold eight of its locations in Los Angeles and consolidated operations at its new 122,000-square-foot headquarters at 7891 Deering St., Canoga Park. The company received more than $5 million and deferred taxes on the sale through a 1031 real estate exchange. DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the towing company in all eight of the sales.
