Premier Laser Systems Inc. said Thursday it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Cyprus-based Vosimcon Medical Ltd. to market and sell Premier’s dental and ophthalmic devices in Cyprus and Greece.
Under the agreement, Vosimcon must generate more than $1 million in sales by March, including about 40 dental and ophthalmic lasers, to maintain exclusive rights, Premier said.
Premier, with annual sales of $14 million, makes diagnostic and therapeutic products for the eye-care, dentistry and surgical markets.
