Temple Isaiah Plans Forgiveness Service

To set a tone of repentance and introspection for the upcoming Jewish High Holy Days, Temple Isaiah of Newport Beach will hold a Selichot service and open house Sept. 4 at 8:30 p.m. at 2401 Irvine Ave. Rabbi David Rosenberg will officiate.
During a Selichot service, participants focus on prayers of forgiveness and reflection. Selichot means “forgiveness” in Hebrew. The event is free and all are welcome.
