Limp Bizkit, the Backstreet Boys and Ricky Martin held strong atop the tally of the region’s best-selling albums this week, while the R&B; diva squad of Destiny’s Child debuted at No. 4 with “Writing’s on the Wall,” an album powered by the hit single “Bills Bills Bills.” The other Top 10 debut: “Now That’s What I Call Music--Vol. 2,” a collection of recent hits from artists such as Britney Spears, Jay-Z, Fatboy Slim, U2 and Sheryl Crow.
