The City Council on Monday approved construction plans for a parking lot on a vacant parcel at the Santa Ana Auto Mall. The Auto Mall sits on 44 acres and is home to nine dealerships. The irregularly shaped, 3-acre parcel is owned by the city’s Redevelopment Agency.
