A video about the Groundwater Replenishment System, a proposed water-purification process that takes highly treated waste water and purifies it to near distilled water quality, is available at local libraries, courtesy of the Orange County Water District and the Orange County Sanitation District. The video is part of the districts’ continuing public outreach efforts to educate residents on the project.
